- Provide and maintain our music production platform

- Analyze your tracks for BPM, key, and LUFS measurements
- Enable public link sharing when you choose to share your work

Public Links
When you create public links to share your tracks:
- Only the specific tracks you choose to share become publicly accessible
- You control who can access your shared content
- You can revoke access to public links at any time
- Public links are unlisted but may be accessible to anyone with the link. We do not guarantee protection against indexing by third parties.
Desktop Agent
Our desktop agent application:
- Only accesses folder you explicitly configure for monitoring
- Only uploads audio files (MP3, WAV) and project files you specify
- Requires your explicit authorization through the web app
- Can be disabled or uninstalled at any time
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for payment processing, computing, analytics and e-mail services. Currently we use Cloudflare, Mailgun, Paddle, and Google Analytics. Here we provide links to their privacy policies:
Analytics Opt-out
If you prefer to limit analytics collection, you can use browser settings or privacy tools that block analytics scripts.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information

Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Local Mode: No data retention - everything stays on your device
- Cloud Mode: Data is retained while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service
- Backups: Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, even after account deletion
