Desktop Agent

Our desktop agent application:

• Only accesses folder you explicitly configure for monitoring
• Only uploads audio files (MP3, WAV) and project files you specify
• Requires your explicit authorization through the web app
• Can be disabled or uninstalled at any time

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing, computing, analytics and e-mail services.

Analytics Opt-out

If you prefer not to have analytics data collected, you can use browser extensions like PrivacyBadger to block tracking

• Cloud Mode: Data is retained while your subscription is active
• Backups: Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, even after account deletion
